-Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM Central time will be processed the next business day.
-Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) $5.99
Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days) $9.99
Express Shipping (1-2 business days) $19.99
Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $75
International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Canada (7-14 business days) Starting at $12.99
Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Delivery Issues: If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at crowsandivy@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
International Customers: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Holidays & Weather Delays: Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather conditions beyond our control. We'll notify you of any significant delays.
